Solid wood Kitchen Cabinet is one of our main products. There are oak, beech, cherry,maple and birch series available for our customers.
Kitchen Cabinet Contruction Details:
1. All wall and base cabinet joints are dado construction. Joints are hot glued and nailed for superior strength.
2. Toekick area will be 4" or 4 1/2" tall and 3" deep depending on cabinet style. Toekick runner is 3/4" plywood.
3. Cabinet sides are recess in 1/4" to allow scribing to wall. This also allows cabinet to float in or out on a bowed wall.
Countertop: artificial stone/natural stone (wide selections-- various kinds of color with different edging finish)
Door material:solid wood (oak, maple, cherry, hickory, beech, birch) or density fiberboard (18mm E1 standard) with glass surface, MFC or PVC or UV also available.
Carcass material: delux finished plywood (16mm or 18mm E1 standard)
Drawer style: 5/8" plywood or solidwood dado screw or dovetail drawer box with sidemount
Hardware: our kitchen cabinets supply hardware such as drawer slides, handles, hinges, shelf pins, which is Chinese made or imported abroad superior brands such as Blum, Hafele, Hettich, Mepla. We also welcome customers supply hardware or appoint RMDS.
