Kitchen & Bathroom Designer / Sales Consultant (April 22, 2015)

Bathroom or Kitchen Designer / Design Consultant required for a leading building and plumbers merchants. The role will involve designing and quoting for new bathroom installation projects. You will provide an excellent level of service to retail customers and will have previous design experience, ideally within kitchens or bathrooms however this is not essential.

The role is working to design high-spec bathrooms for customers and an excellent level of design and customer service is required. This is a customer-facing role, working from a showroom and providing quotes, estimates and design support for retail customers.

Bathroom or Kitchen Designer / Design Consultant Position Overview

Producing bathroom design in-store
Liaising with retail customers the showroom and via the telephone
Produce quotes and estimates taking into account customers design constraints
Assist clients by going on site survey visits to measure up and gather relevant information
Assist clients by utilising our 3D room planning software
Produce initial installation quotes
Liaise with the installation team to ensure products quoted are suitable for a client's room
Continuous development of product knowledge
Attend supplier/manufacturer product training and launch days as required

Bathroom or Kitchen Designer / Design Consultant Position Requirements

Experienced in the planning and design of Bathrooms/Kitchens
Experience of using design software (Virtual World, 2020 Fusion, CAD etc)
Previous Kitchen or Bathroom design experience.
Knowledge of the Building Supplies, Plumbing and Construction industry.
